The day I met Nicci, my creative path took on a whole new sense of coming home. I had just come back from overseas and was looking for a creative home. We put heads together and worked like we had known each other for years. Years later, I can say nothing’s changed in that regard, just got better. Well… I try not to sing out aloud anymore.

Nicci’s enthusiasm for building future fit brands is contagious. Our clients are always blown away by the lengths at which she goes to get a comprehensive understanding of their business. It is with this groundwork that she crafts outstanding brand strategies that elevate businesses to higher levels. This ability to see the bigger picture almost immediately and to map out what is required to drive a brand to be the best representation of the business, has kept many clients happy for years. Long-standing relationships, smart business sense, work ethic and reputation in the industry is a testament to that.

Nicci has over the years adapted as the needs of the industry changed, allowing The Looking Glass to still be a cool, creative and relevant place in which to create and thrive. Her ability to motivate and inspire our team makes for a happy workplace. She is a warm, engaging person, who is an absolute pleasure to be around. I have been very privileged be a part of the Looking Glass’s journey and working with Nicci has truly been amazing. I am proud to call Nicci a friend and my creative partner in this crazy industry.

Bren is the cheese to my sarmie. The fingers to my glove, the pictures to my words. My other half at work.

Bren joined The Looking Glass in 2009 after a baptism-of-fire pitch job which was so much better than the usual interview process. Her old school work ethic and dedication to producing outstanding projects struck me immediately. Qualities which I deeply admire and strive to instil in business. From the get-go Bren and I approached projects in the same fashion: so much so that after 11 years of working together, when we brainstorm, we can finish one another’s sentences. I’ve worked with many creatives over the last 20 years and I can honestly say I’ve yet to work with someone as committed and exceptional as Brenda.

Always willing to share insights and ideas, Bren is a superb creative leader in our studio. She’s not only just an outstanding creative thinker and designer, her pragmatism, kindness and sense of humour make every day a pleasure. Bren is the right combination of talent, business acumen and a downright lovely human being. I’m very lucky to have her lead the creative part of The Looking Glass.
